New-fashioned room and staff is always very helpful and helpful.
When I am in La Spezia, I like staying here. I would say it's super base for staying and exploring La Spezia. It has good location in La Spezia very close to a boulevard, the Central Railway Station and La Spezia. Osteria da Gianni, where you can eat, is close to the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and well-furnished, making for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, with the train station and bus stop nearby, allowing easy access to Cinque Terre, Lerici. Additionally, the host was friendly and provided helpful information about train and boat schedules to Cinque Terre.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the neighborhood felt unsafe for women, especially at late nights, which was unsettling.

The hotel is located very close to many coffee shops, bakeries, pastry shops, and restaurants, as well as the town center. the venue's position is fantastic, being near a supermarket. - the hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Via del Prione. - the staff is extremely helpful.

Our stay at the accommodation was fantastic. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The location, close to the train station, was incredibly convenient for exploring the Cinque Terre region. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. we had a great experience at Affittacamere Brinn.

Perfect location, close to all the attractions and facilities we needed. Super convenient!
The neighborhood felt unsafe, especially at night. We encountered several suspicious characters hanging around outside the building, which made us uncomfortable.

Just a few minutes from the train station, beautifully renovated, friendly and helpful staff, good size bathroom, close to historic downtown. the young lady who received us was incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our visit to Cinque Terre. the apartment was well-maintained and clean, with contemporary decorations.
Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

Super convenient location near transportation, shops, and restaurants. Mind-blowingly comfortable bed and stunning bathroom. Staff were jaw-droppingly helpful and nice. Highly recommended for young adults!
